I despised Yoga and Barre Classes... until I took a class from Jax.
I started out taking her Barre class, which I immediatelybecame obsessed with.
The classes are designed in a way that fits all my needs. I have felt more toned and flexible!
After loving her Barre, she encouraged me to try Yoga. I was reluctant,
as yoga was never relaxing for me. It would stress me out rather than destress me!
All I can say is, Jax has made me love yoga. My mind, body and soul feel replenished
after every class! The energy of each class is so welcoming,
you’ll never feel intimidated or fearful of trying something new!

To be in an Island Om Class, is like coming up for air. I go in feeling weighted down and come out
feeling light and able to fully breathe. They have gifted teachers who are incredibly attuned
to their students and are able to adapt any class to meet each student’s need
